The e-Lock Toolkit v.2 component of e-Lock provides developers with a set of
Windows ActiveX controls for signing, verifying, encrypting, and decrypting.
The ActiveX controls allow developers to easily sign Web forms, HTML data,
and create signed receipts. Web developers can also create signed Web forms
that can be verified and archived at the Web server.
In addition, e-Lock ActiveX controls can be used at the Web server in
Active Server Pages to create signed HTML pages and digitally signed
receipts that the server can send to the browser for verification and
archival at the desktop.

The e-Lock v.2 Toolkit works with the Microsoft CryptoAPI and a number of
Cryptographic Service Providers for software, Smartcard, and high speed
hardware based cryptography.
