The Macromedia Exchange for Dreamweaver UltraDev lets developers search for extensions they want, participate in discussion threads, receive e-mail updates and rate and review the extensions.

Macromedia's sample extensions include extensions that will add e-commerce capabilities to sites, generate and send e-mail based on Web form data entered through the browser and protect pages from unauthorized visitors.
