Cosmo PageFX is a "rich media" Web design tool that enables developers to add depth, motion and interactivity to images and type that will be used on the Web.
Cosmo PageFX provides site designers with the ability to create site
navigational elements, eye-catching ad banners and animated logos, with
file sizes remaining as small as 10K. Cosmo PageFX creates the effects
using the ISO standard VRML
(Virtual Reality Modeling Language) 2.0 file format, which enables the rapid
downloading and viewing of content.
