An organization called People to People chose me as one of the 40 students that get to go to these places. It costs 6,500 dollars to go there, get to do a ton of things (such as visit musuems, cook with chefs, climb the Ieffle Tower, etc.) and stay for 19 days. Does the cost sound a little pricey to you? How much do you think it would REALLY cost to do those things? Or does anyone have any ideas about another Exchange program I could check into? Thanks^^
Does this price include Airfare and some meals (like Breakfast, lunch) while you are there? If not then it is waaayyyyy overpriced!!!
What do you mean when you say stay with someone? My parents live in Naples (Southern Italy below Rome) so whenever I go I don't have to pay for a lot. I usually stay for three months and don't worry about how much things cost.

About the only thing I pay for is going out w/ my friends when I am visting.
Also remember that the Euro is worth more than the dollar so keep that in mind ;-). I have gone on vacation with my Italian friends so I do know some stuff however. The last time I went for 3 weeks I used my Bank and credit cards. I spent about 1,300 Euro (about $1,900) NOT including airfare.
