This is a little annoying to read: http://lwf.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/climate/onli... but it claims that the average snowfall is 28 inches. It also hasn't been updated in 4 years. We haven't gotten much snow the past few years, although I have a feeling that we'll be hit hard this year.
Depends on where you are in the state...........Upstate areas around Buffalo, Syracuse & Rochester can have 125 inches...Lower New York State much less.
At least an inch.
