its very important to know why you want to bath a puppy?If it has fleas you can bath it with a baby no tears shampoo and while the fleas are knocked out pick them off and put them in to a bottle or glass with a little alcohol in it then flush it down the toilet when done.Make sure you wash the puppy as fast as you can but be gentle and have a nice warm towel handy dry the pup and keep it in a warm draft free place until it is completely dry.Make sure you check the towel for any fleas that may have gotten caught in it. Just make sure to use a puppy shampoo. Other shampoos would be too harsh on his skin.

Just make sure that you use warm water and try and make it as quick as possible. Rinse them very well and dry them completely. Take them outside as soon as possible after drying to go potty. Use a very mild puppy shampoo or Johnson's baby shampoo while they're so young as their skin is quite sensitive. Don't allow water or soap in to the eyes or ears.
