How can I ban some site that begined or ended with some particular words such as ad.* or *.mpg or *.avi?

For the ad pluggin try Eric's block lists. I use the lite version as the full list is a little too aggressive for my needs.

I also try the Content pluggin and I know that if I try to ban site that beginning with the word "ad", the Outpost automatically bans all of site contains word "ad" because it applies rule "*ad*". That means it aslo ban site "*download*" or some things similar to. So how can I force Content pluggin just applies rule "ad*".
