I want to make money "around the house" and I am under age 13, so I can't work. I am saving for a mac laptop, and really want one soon! If you know of good ways to make quick money please help!!
babysitt neighbors
Ask your neighbors if you can help with their lawn, cleaning etc.
At 13 you could baby sit.
Or ask your parents' friends if there are any odd jobs you could do!

what i did as a kid were neighborhood chores. cut grass trim trees babysit. i would make roughly 100 bucks a week doing so. you should give it a try. if its kewl with your parents you should go talk to a few close neighbors.
maybe like clean the house once a day and i mean EVERYTHING, babysit, do some yard work, wash the car, dust the furniture, straighten up some things, make your parents bed in the morning, SUPER NEAT, and make super yummy lemonade and like have a lemonade sale, that would be cute.

"around the house"??? you mean chores? you should be doing those for free to help your mom out anyways!!
umm since you're 13, if you get a job i don't think you can earn enough for a laptop anytime soon, it'll take awhile since you are young... i don't even know any jobs you can do, only unofficial ones, like mowing the lawn for neighbors, babysitting for friends, etc... and that will take a looooooonnnnnnggggg time to save up for a laptop, a looonnnngggg time!!
Ask your parents that if you do your chores around the house everyday without them telling you to do them you get a better allowance from them. Try buying a box of candies or chocolates and sell them individually at school, the mexican candies sell pretty fast, install a lemonade stand outside, ask your parents for permission to sell old stuff that you dont want or need anymore (CD player, Gaming Console, Old computer, books etc...) on the internet, you could try craigslist or e-bay, whichever you like the most, hope you get your laptop soon! :D Make Money Online|Easy Money Making Ideas::

I would suggest going to a local flea market they usually hire young kids, it wont be the best job but it will put money in your pocket.

Basically, you design T-shirts, mugs, mousepads, etc. and hawk them off of their site.
I am under thirteen to so I am still trying to find ways to Make Money so I would say washing your neighbors car or walking someones Dog.

I'm sorry if this dissapoints you, but by law, you can't work until the age of 14, and usually even then, most won't hire you. You could try working for a family business if that option is available to you though.
Washing neighbours cars.
My mother used to pay me really well for doing all the ironing as she hated doing it and it took ages.
Weeding the garden - another crappy and time consuming task.
Cleaning out the roof guttering - but may need a parent to spot you on this one.
I'm if you just ask your parents what you can do for them they will appreciate that you are showing initiative and responsibility to actually save up yourself for something you want - parents love that kind of stuff!
Oh and xmas is coming up - you could ask for money to put towards it.
Try doing some artwork, like painting and then sell your paintings to your neighbors. They'll buy it no matter what it looks like.
Ask your parents to buy you a chemistry set and make a meth lab.

Im 13 and I save all of my money! I have bought my own piano, laptop, and other stuff! My parents dont give me allowence but I have saved sense 4th grade with tooth fairy money and Christmas and my grandpaw gives me $10 every week! If your parents pay you to clean than that would be a good idea but not every family does that!
save some money, open a custodian account on etrade so you can invest in stocks.
But it might take a while to understand the stock market concept.
But once you have it, and you know what you're doing, money can fly in if you're patient.
