such as me being a officer chasing down a bad person and they jump in front of the train killing themselves but they also cause the train to crash which my children are in killing them.This makes me go crazy causing me to kill myself.

If I were you, when I write that tragic story, I would use "I, my kids and my family" etc., pronouns on the paper, but will find some different people to represent those characters or folk tale figures.
