Well to start off I have a ADHD and a little bit of OCD.
I worry about me being sick alot.
Worry about my grandma and family
But most of all my gf being preganat.

I'll read about some deisease and think I have it or I'll read about some preganacy issue with a girl having period's while preganat and think my gf is preganat.

So my question how can I beat hypocondria? It seems the more I read on it the more horror i get on everything, the gf being preganat , me being sick and im not.

Take a deep breath and calm down. I think yoga is your answer.Everyone that is human gets sick and even scared about being sick.It is ok to worry about loved ones. You and your girlfriend need to abstain from sex or use birth control, that would be one problem gone.

I don't think your a hypochondriac.Start eating healthy and take a multi vitamin. Light exercise should clear your mind too.(power walking)Good Luck!

I think the normal treatment for OCD is an antidepressant, so see your doctor and explain the symptoms and why you think you have it, he can decide what to prescribe for you. Hope you feel better soon.

You need to speak with a psychiatrist for help. Hypochondria is a condition that you will need to learn how to cope with. If you don't have intercourse with your girlfriend, you won't need to worry about her getting pregnant, If you are having sex with her, then that is a legitimate concern.
