I can not get php to recognize the mysql extenstion in phpifno. I have made the changes in the php.ini but still nothing. I have even changes the extention_dir in the php.ini and it does not take. Do i need to change this info somewhere else also. For these changes to be reflected all i should have to do is make the change save it, then stop/start IIS, correct? about Scriblio » phpinfo:: mbstring extension makes use of “streamable kanji code filter and converter”, MySQL Support, enabled. I have now gotten the php.ini file to take my extention_dir changes by putting the php.ini file in the windows dir. I still am not getting the mysql info in my phpinfo return. Also any help with the HKLMSoftwarePHP key (what info is in here) info would be great. If you're running IIS php, you need to define where you're php.ini file is via a registery edit. I'm fairly certin this is still in the php instructions. Also you should restart IIS for the changes to take place.
