I'am unable to get an schema like the following one:

    1
    1.1
    1.1.1
    1.2
    1.2.1
    2
    2.1
    2.2
    2.2.1

    Instead I get

    1
    1.1
    1.1.1
    1.2
    1.1.2
    2
    1.3
    1.4
    1..2.3

So, numbers in levels 2 and beyong don't "link" to upper level.

    What am I doing wrong?
    thanks
