you would be rocking out in the concert... you are not there to flirt with people but to listen to a band you like...maybe wear a vest since the jonas brothers wear vests
oh and wear sneakers...you dont want people to step on your toes
Just wear something fun and flirty. Maybe a shorter skirt with a flowy top and some ballet flats.
