Sadly , I posted a couple days ago asking for some help and guidance but must assume that being this is a user maintained site that no response is required from any of the moderators or even from any other users as to wether my situation is unique or something that all OP users go through. I do not expect anyone to jump to my aid (or anyone elses) but I have to admit I am very surprised that there was no response at all to my previous post. I realize this is not the place to post a gripe but with no response from my first post i don't expect that it really matters where i post. Take it for what it's worth, but I believe that maybe this site is for those who have paid their money for the pro version and the hell with the free riders like myself out there.
I love the program and have used it for over a year and have had no issues with my earlier version of windows. Where else can you get a free version of something and have it do the job it says it will and until recently with no real issues. If there is another place I need to go to resolve this please let me know by replying to this post. All the other post's I have reviewed looking for something that even closely relates to my situation have yielded zip.....nada.............nothing......... You are exactly right. This is a volunteer forum and everyone does this for free. Hence, not all posts may be answered. Any assumptions you make are totally up to you and may not necessarily reflect reality.
Having said that. It's rare for any post to remain unanswered for long. I searched for all your posts and you only have one other. Which by the way is waiting for you to respond.
Here it is: http://outpostfirewall.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10436
Anything else?
PCJunkie,
This site is intended for all users of Outpost regardless of what version they are using. The only time a user will not receive help from us is if we find that they are using a warez or otherwise illegitimate version of Outpost.
I'm sorry that you feel that you were not answered in a timely enough manner. Please remember that we are all volunteers here and we do our best to provide timely support, but we do occasionally miss a thread here and there and unfortunately yours just happened to be that thread. In the future just reply to your original thread again to bump it to the top of the list and it should get the attention it deserves.
P.S. - I have already answered the question in your other thread, please add the rule I provided and if you need more rules than that follow my advice to search the forum.
