Hmm I see that after the 5th ticket, they started marking them as duplicates.
I do see this reply though at 10:37 p.m. yesterday (less than an hour after the ticket was submitted):
Please let us know any information about your order that you know. This should include a reference number of some sort, and any emails that you have received about the order. Please let us know the method you used for purchasing: this should be PayPal or Worldpay if you purchased using a credit card. Also please include the name, billing address, telephone number and email address used in this order so we can locate it.
