My panel'a autloload propery has been pointed to a website.
but i cannot see the backcolor of website (actually it is black).

this is due to the fact that a panel is NOT a browser window! it is normally just a div element within the current page, so you can imagine what happens when you try to load a fully formed html document into it. the iframe turns it into a browser window, but does bring some side effects. autoLoad was designed to load simple HTML fragments, not full HTML pages (the problem is that the stylesheets aren't loaded).
I recommend you use an IFRAME instead (also see Ext.us.ManagedIframePanel (http://extjs.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16590))
