I know there was a thread on the old forum about this, but I can't find it now. :sniffle:
I have a Media Center pc, and would like to stream the .dvr-ms files from it to my XBMC in the bedroom... I know there was alot of talk about this before - the core player in XBMC being able to support it and whatnot, I know that it was on the list of things to do, but I'm wondering if this was ever successfully implemented?:oo:
Is there a way to play my Windows Media Center Edition .dvr-ms files on the Xbox using XBMC!?:stare:
Have a look at a current CVS compile there is some fixes in the changelog. If you have a particular problem bit of footage please host a sample if you want it looked at. vista media centre fiji update - Page 7 - Freesat - Digital Spy Forums:: 25 posts - 11 authors - Last post: Aug 8Services: humax foxsat hd,32"hyundai a321,xbmc,xbox360,vista mce dtt . The old topic thread on DVR-MS can be found here (link) (http://www.xbmc.xbox-scene.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34) but it hasn't been updated yet to state that .DVR-MS files should play in XBMC-builds from 9th of August 2006, (thanks to John Donaghy (http://www.xbmc.xbox-scene.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17813)), however development on this is still in prograss so playback may not be perfect just yet, you may experince slightly jerky or stutter effects. Please feel free to submit bug-reports and problem samples (http://www.xbmc.xbox-scene.com/wiki/index.php?title=HOW-TO_Submit_a_Proper_Bug_Report) as normal though.
This is great news... Now I just need to find a Aug 9th or later release..........
