The advantages of using the Internet are communication and entertainment. The Internet allows globalization where people can communicate with each other through discussion groups, chat rooms, instant messaging, videoconferencing and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). It is convenient to chat with someone or a group of people about anything. The Internet provides entertainment for users with music, videos, gaming, news and books. Users can listen to music through Internet radio stations or a media player program. They can watch videos such as movies and television shows from video-on-demand or streaming media. There are online games where players can interact with other players. People who enjoy news can read about them in the Internet. Also, readers can enjoy reading electronic versions of books from the Internet. These entertainments help users relax by taking them away temporarily from their problems.
The disadvantages of using the Internet are invasion of privacy and Internet addiction. The Internet is a huge network where hackers can hack computers to obtain information and destroy ones computer. There are phishing sites that steal peopleâ ™s identity by obtaining their credit card number, debit card number, identification cards and other personal information. Also, e-mails are not private unless they are encrypted, but they are still not private because ISPs and businesses archive the e-mails for legal purposes. Using the Internet can be addicting that users are unable to stop using the Internet and it interferes with their lives. Users can result to isolation where they have limited to no face-to-face contact with other people, and distant themselves from others as they will lose friends and families

in the beginning, try staring with a general statement like, the Internet is a widely used in today's society. in the second to last sentence in the first paragraph, take out the also. we already know what you are talking about. in the second paragraph use a synonym for 'hack'. the comma comes AFTER but. re-word the sentence 'Using........live'.
