make a flyer, give it to all adults you know and they often will come up with things you can do for them, like rake leaves, etc.
Ah the pains of being a teenager.
You can sell things you own.
You can rake your neighbors leaves, clean up their gardens for the winter. Walk their dogs, wash their windows, clean out their garages...whatever it is that they need help with and would be willing to pay you for.
You can scale back your christmas plans, by making things for your family instead of buying them things. Or go thrift shopping. or combine the two - like buying second-hand picture frames, and then painting and decorating them yourself to personalize them for the recipient. Or give your mom a hand-made, and decorated "coupon" for one really thorough, old-fashioned, floor scrubbing, or some other gift of your time and labor to give her a break. She'll love it. Trust Me. (Of course, those will only be good gifts if you actually follow-through and do it, with hugs and smiles)
babysit, mow lawns, recycle cans, deliver papers, pull weeds, walk dogs, etc.
