I was looking at the plus II, on B&H it says I need 2, why is that?
One is the transmitter attached to the camera and the other is the receiver attached to the strobe. Yes, PWs are the most reliable way to fire a flash off camera. Since your flashes have a pc port, the cable which is supplied with the Pocket Wizard will plug right into this port and you are good to go. I have the Cactus V2 trigger and love them. Very very cheap and i havent had one problem with them
