In Neuilly-sur-Seine and Passy? Yeah right! The most they have to deal with, is the caviar being overheated. It will go ahead, but a lot of fans from the Auteuil will be missing... :D

it could have been worse... but still, in front of a packed stadium, PSG played below the way they should have... they will have to do something in two weeks at bordeaux...
That was a pretty dour second half, really a lack of motivation up front and Dhorasoo lacked any creative edge to the team...
PSG certainly looked the better side in the first half and let a lot of good chances slip away. But the second half was brutal. The crossing was pathetic (and has been for the last two matches--I haven't seen any other games since the loss to St. Etienne and the highlights show never provides a good sense of a match's rythms). Anyway, a point is a point and PSG need to stay within striking distance of the top 3 spots. If this pathetic midfield play continues; however, I think they need to make some moves when the window opens. Take care. I don't know much about Paris, but I imagine the riots are taking place in a different part of the city (Saint-Germain is on the outskirts anyway).
Should be an interesting match, as both teams have been somewhat inconsistent.
ALLEZ PSG! I think a 2-1 PSG win is in order. I hope that I'm right.
Ganu, love your Gorillaz avatar.
M'bami and Mendy were so LAZY on the ball it made me sick; how many times were those two, specifically (and Vikash, but at least with him it happened going forward), stripped of the ball? PSG is FAR too casual in possession; they lacked the intensity of forward movement that will be required to beat any side having a decent day on the pitch. In addition, I can't look at that club's passing and movement and tell you AT ALL what the philosophy or plan is to go forward. Sadly, very often, it was just to "Route 1" the ball, with very little success. The two players that brought energy to the fixture from the PSG perspective were subs, Pancrate and Pichot.
Dissapointing, to say the least. A wasted opportunity.
 :(
psg really need to improve their passing quality, and not to make that much long pass. Pauleta does not have enough support from midfield.
we won't catch up with Lyon, but we should at least hold a position in CL next season
For this match, a draw or a narrow win would be likely.

Agreed! This is not the same team that I saw in the first few matches this season.
psg really need to improve their passing quality...
AMEN! I saw only about 15 minutes of the match...having 2 younger kids makes it hard to watch an entire match. I was disappointed to see so many balls get snatched up by Monaco....tisk, tisk. Not good.

I heard there are riots going on around Paris. Will this affect the match at all? Will it still be played as scheduled?
My wife is making me hike with my children...you know, spend time with them... ;)
Thus, I have to tape it; but I AM taping it.... :)
GO PARIS!
We need every point to stay in the hunt.

The PdP is in the west nr the Bois-de-Boulogne nr the rich part of the town, the trouble is kicking off in the north and east where the poor parts are...

exciting game but the final ball is missing for both sides. as a result, the match became really frustrating. I recall the commentator talking about the 'superstar' players not performing up to expectations and he was right - kalou wasn't there, and rothen was limited. However, i think Dhorasoo played fairly well, what i remember most acutely was his beautiful ball to kalou who ended up wasting the golden opportunity.
In any case, monaco could've easily snatched the points away but the draw was merited.
HT 0-0
PSG should really be in front, but have failed to take adavantage of their chances, Monaco look dangerous when they go foward, but aside from that Letizi save from Chevanton just before the break, they have rarely troubled us...
This one is here for the taking Paris...
No time for slip-ups. They need to get the points. Lyon isn't going to wait around for PSG to catch up.
