You doing good for 16 Man, and not small. To the growth question, most of us grow on an over all level until around age 22 to 25.
My overall body and package grew quite a bit between 16 and 24. I'm 24 now, and didn't start much package growth until I was 17. I grew until I was early 23, and did I ever make up for lost time. Hahaha!
