Birthday & Anniversary? Need some help please !?

heres my problem i need and idea for a date and a gift for my AMAZING BOYFRIEND His bday is Oct 28 and Our Anniversary is on Nov 1.
Id like to keep it kinda cheap but not to cheap. Just memorable and romantic please . If it helps we live in Los Angele's Calif and have a vehicle to go some where.

a pair of raiders tickets maybe? you can get them cheap. Epically if you get them from scalpers on the corners and stuff you wait like 10 min before the game is about to start and they will give them to you for very cheap especially if you bargain them down
get him a gift card to scheels or something. if you can afford it maybe get him something signed by some sports guy. thats what i always do and it always works

but uhm thats tough, i think maybe a nice romantic dinner and walk on the beach, maybe you could make a scavenger hunt for him around the city and give him clues and stuff, and at the end it can be a little ard saying this is good for a romantic night in, dinner and a massage (if your lucky;) haha or something sure like that. i mean you live in AMAZING city, you could do a movie tour ( i went on one in san fran a few years ago) and it was sooo cool, and it would be less than 40 bucks and takes all day. maybe get him a watch or a key chainand get i love you on it ( i got my dad a card holder and got in engraved and he LOVED it, althought its different haha)
