I like to make tuna salad on rice crackers. Or peanut butter and jelly. Honey and/or peanut butter would be good, too. How about spaghetti sauce and mozzarella?

BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS WITH RITZ
CRACKERS
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
2-3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1-2 sticks melted butter
Dip boneless chicken in beaten eggs. Coat evenly with Ritz crackers. Place in baking dish. Pour melted butter over chicken evenly and bake until golden and crisp, about 30-40 minutes.
CHICKEN WITH GRAPE SALAD
5 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
3 c. seedless grapes (white or red)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
chopped walnuts or pecans
Fold together all ingredients and chill well.
