Our application uses .RTF files (created in word 97) as templates to create final document. It creates the final document by merging these templates. Currently we are using the word 2003. Application is creating the proper final document if we use the same .RTF files (created in word 97). But if I edit any/all of these .RTF files in word 2003 and then if I generate the final document it produces gaps between each templates and whole layout of the final document gets changed. Also it prints 'Microsoft Word 11.0.6568' version number in the final document.

I am attaching here OFFERTE2.zip which contains the final documet (OFFERTE2.RTF). In the document you can see that our application has merged 1) Klantgegevens, 2) Apparatuur, 3) Betaling, 4) Heeft u bezwaar tegen and 5) Ondertekenig .RTF files and created the final document with gaps between them.

1) Why it is showing gaps between templates after editing the templates in word 2003?
2) Why it is printing 'Microsoft Word 11.0.6568' version number after editing the templates in word 2003?
3) Please suggest how to remove these gaps and 'Microsoft Word 11.0.6568' from final document?
