It is such a fresh piercing it is probably just going through it's healing process. Since it is so new there is already swelling present, so you can't use that as an indicator of infection. Check and see if there is drainage, as long as it isn't green/yellow then you are okay. Just make sure you are keeping it clean and doing sea salt soaks daily.
