I am looking for a show from maybe the late 90â ™s. It was a Sci-Fi like show and I saw it on UPN (48, Toledo) I only saw it once. The characters were all teens or children. Their outfits were torn, brightly colored, and futuristic. They seemed to live in a deteriorating city such as New York and they were hiding from someone or something.
Dark Angel? It came out in 2000.
