How do I get rid of scratches in a table saw top? I used 320 grit by accident and now I have noticable scratches.

Do you mean you used 320 grit to polish the surface or perhaps remove rust? The scratches won't really affect anything other than cosmetic (possibly your pride).

Take finer grades and keep rubbing, just as you do with wood. The cast iron can be worked with sandpaper, just not as easy as wood.
When I get some rust on my tablesaw top I use a very fine grit sandpaper with a little oil applied to the surface and it works great. It takes out the rust. After all is clean I wipe down the surface with a clean rag and it's ready for another couple of weeks.
