Are there any art schools in Santa Monica, CA , that offer continuing
education classes, non-degree programs? In particular sculpture or
pottery classes?

I am posting this as a comment as I didn't find enough infomation for
you.
Santa Monica College offers continuing education classes, however they
do not have sculpture or pottery courses in the spring 2003 schedule.
