Like so many people who are posting questions about losing weight are well normal.
They sound like what is a normal weight and height if not a little bit less.
I just feel guilty because these people don't need to lose weight, I think they need to see someone to talk about their body issues.

yeah, i know what you mean and completely agree, it feels like helping give somebody an eating disorder
i disagree.. just because they're in the normal range doesn't mean that it's dangerous for them to lose weight. if they'd feel better about themselves if they were a little lower on the normal range, why not help them out? you can be in the normal range and not necessarily be healthy/in shape/ etc.. it's not like these people are underweight and want to lose weight. gapingvoid: "cartoons drawn on the back of business cards": how to ::

Man, I know how you feel.
I mean so many people on here feel like they need to lose weight, and sometimes they won't listen to you telling them they don't. I blame the media haha.
