Sorry about the first post. I've lost access to my other account and the e-mail provider I had it with dropped my account due to inactivity.
I'm trying to set up shortcut .cut files for certain emulated games with command line parameters. This is working fine, with the exception that the cut files are treated as folders. For example:
I select My Programs and then a Nintendo subfolder.
Keyboard shortcuts for Word - Word - Microsoft Office Online:: press SHIFT+F10.) for a selected item such as a folder or file. The IME is treated as an alternate type of keyboard layout.) on 101 keyboard on or off. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word/HP051866641033.aspxHOME
Masks and Channels:: ( Zoom tool shortcuts. Many times when you are editing an image, youll need to zoom in to the weeds to sample the color to be treated as the foreground. http://www.adobe.com/education/pdf/cib/ps7_cib/ps7_cib06.pdfHOME
I then select a Super Mario Bros shortcut.
Instead of launching the emulator it opens a folder which displays the name of the emulator. So:
+My Programs
_+Nintendo
__+Super Mario Bros
Bookmarks Use Cases - MozillaWiki:: bookmarks remain as they are but could be treated differently on a Mac shortcut for delete selection) of bookmarks and folders in Bookmark Manager. http://wiki.mozilla.org/Bookmarks_Use_CasesHOME
Win XP Solution - Your reliable guide to Windows XP:: There are 4 types of shortcut icons that can be used (arrow, light arrow, none and custom) the location of special folders such as CD Burning, Desktop http://www.winxpsolution.com/Tweakuixppro.aspxHOME
___-Fce Ultra
Is there any way to bypass this and just launch the emulator/game when the shortcut is selected?
I've tried the emulauncher script but it doesn't adopt to the current skin.
I'm open to other suggestions as well. I was also trying to use JbOne's launcher to work if anyone has that going.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I've been using XBMC for years now and you guys are awesome.
Don't separate your cut files into different directories and you'll be set. I have mine set up as:
+My Programs
_+Emulators
__+Super Nintendo
___+all cut files for SNES go here, including the Act Raiser one
+Emulator Files
_+Super Nintendo
__default.xbe
__+roms (all the roms go here)
__+covers (all the covers go here)
My cut files look something like this: E:Emulator FilesSuper Nintendodefault.xbe
Thanks szsori, that was exactly what I needed to know.
Everything is working well now. :)
For clarity, post the contents of one of these cut files, and tell us what version you're running. As far as I know, this is working correctly in the current svn.
I am still having to select the name of the game twice.
Is this always going to be the case with the .cut files?
I supposed the .cut file could be malformed. It was pulled from an example posted on the board. I'm currently at work, so I would have to grab the contents later today.
Just for clarification SleepyP:
Act Raiser 1 is a menu item that directly launches ZSNES.
You do not have to select Act Raiser 1 and then ZSNES to make it launch?
