1.Which would hurt less...?
2.Which would look better -more appealing?
3. Whats more unusual?
1 the foot does hurt really bad, but im guessing the wrist would be about the same, simce they are both boney with not much fat or muscles Top Ten Tattooed Body Parts, Or Get Your Tattoo Ideas Here! by :: My own prejudice was that an individual should choose a tattoo that was Eminem for wrist tattoos. 3. 2 if you want a line of flowers i think it would look better if you start it up your foot and go up with it, maybe going over onto your leg depending on how big you want it, but if its something smaller and simpler, i would say the wrist would be better- but it will be a lot harder to cover up for proffesional situations- so think about that too. tattoo options:: 6 posts - 3 authors - Last post: Mar 14Foot tattoos are not as unique as they used to be, and it seems a lot of people are putting stars on their feet. 3 i think that they are both about equal when it comes to how common they are, they arent anything thats over done, but they are both getting more popular, but its still easy to make them unique
I like it on the wrist. Its cute and unusual. I don't like the foot. I thinks it looks like a blob from far away. Whats really nice is on the back of your neck. Your hair could cover it when you don't want it to show. And you could wear you hair up when you want to show it off.
Just think about where you want it. That is the most important thing. I am a manager, and most places do not allow tatoos to be visible. Unless you want to wear long sleeves to work, all your life, I would do the foot.
Both are painful since they are not fleshy parts of the body. Also, both are hard to maintain since there are high mobility in both of these areas, sooner or later you might require touch ups.
But to answer your question, it would hurt less on the wrist. Foot is actually considered by a lot of people as the most painful part to get tattooed since there are lots of nerve endings in there.
For me, the foot looks more appealing, sexy and interesting especially if the designs are good.
congrats on being 18! :] ok, since this is your first tattoo, i would suggest getting neither your foot, or your wrist. i got one on my foot and it was my second one, it was pretty painful....i wouldnt suggest it for your first one. a co-worker of mine has 1 on each wrist and said both her arms were really sore. id say getting something on the back of the shoulder, or hip, just cause those places will be less likely to hurt more. hope this helps!
I love foot tattoos but they hurt like hell. I would start small - say one flower or star to see if you can stand the pain. You can always add to it later if you want to. If you go for this option, you're going to need to avoid wearing socks or shoes that rub against it while it heals.
If you google foot tattoos and click on images, you'll see some beautiful examples. Same for wrists, actually. I just don't care for them so much.
i just got a tattoo on my foot last week and it didn't hurt.
the wrist has become to cliche
foot
they both hurt. tattoos on feet tend to fade quicker. and mine sure did. but with the wrist (and i hate to admit this) you have to think about future jobs. i have to constantly cover mine.
