Tattoo hurts the worst in my opinion..Ihave had my tongue pierced twice. It does not hurt surprisingly..it just feels like it swelled up and then it goes back down. I have had both done. The tongue hurts more because of the healing period. The only thing about the wrist tattoo is that I got pins & needles from the vibration and because my hand was hanging over the arm rest. If you get the wrist tattoo, just be careful not to bang it a lot - it will happen more often than you think!

I would say the tongue piercing would hurt i always wanted one but changed my mind as i got older and got tattoos its ur decision but tongue piercings are alot more harmful!
right, as you are unsure DO NOT GET A TAT ,at least you can take out a peircing
Tongue peircing hurts more, but personally, I'd go for it. tatoos are permanent and what if you don't like it in 20 years? You can still remove your tongue peircing.

i would say niether but if i had to chose one i would get a tattoo. tongue piercings are trashy and are easily infected

wouldnt really do either but.. if you think you must do the piercing atleast you can remove it if you dont like it,far as the tattoo goes you may not like it after awhile and it will be a little harder toREMOVE ..
I would get the tongue piercing because you can take a piercing out-it is harder to remove a tattoo (which the removal would hurt more later on) and you seem indesive asking a body mod. question on yahoo answers..
