before discounting the information about obama you may want to do some research, with an open mind of course, concerning the issues currently surrounding him. don't vote for someone based on their skin color, their ability to talk well or that he is considered good looking base your vote on the truth and fact only.
obama connection to bill ayers is not rumor nor is is 'in his past' as recently as 2006 he attended a fund raiser and 'meet and great' at ayers home. they grew up together and obama gave $ to ayers through acorn (one of the most corrupt & biased organizations ever). i used to be an obama supporter until i started doing my own research into his life. did you know that he has never rescinded his 'membership' as a muslim? that he grew up in a upper middle class neighborhood and went only to private schools, one being a madras? and what of his life long links to radical racists, wright and the racist and racical 'catholic' priest? obama referred to wright as his spiritual and politcial advisor. the thing is there are too many 'problems' with obama and if they were just mistakes of youth i could understand but these problems and issues are a part of who he is now and that disturbs me as it should every voter.
Now, now, now, I don't think we should be so hard on McCain, he was a Vietnam vet, and he only made what was it....32 videos denouncing the United States? He was under pressure, being tortured, just like the other POWs there, INCLUDING the ones that went to their graves refusing to denounce the country they loved. I really don't think a persons past should be held against them, I mean, people change right? And let's face it, it's not like he has resorted to lies or scare tactics in his campaign so far right? We all know that's what acts of terrorism are defined as.....I do have to wonder tho, what the Vietnam government is going to DO with those tapes if McCain is elected.
I DID appreciate your question until I realized it was just a way to rant. I can appreciate your distaste of people who spread silly rumors about candidates, but come-on, the Obama supporters have done the same thing. Plus, if you want to ask a serious question, do so. But you will definitely get better answers if you try to make it sound a tad bit less biased.
