Upon opening a file created on another workjstation we will get this message. I had the problem stamped out a long time ago with the help of a Knowledge base article that detailed the registry setting change required. Now however I am unable to locate the article. And of course I wasn't organized enough to 'bookmark' it.

Thanks for the push to actually look at the article. I had noticed it earlier but the bullet issue didn't ring a bell (I don't know whether or not that was the problem but the fix works)
