There seems to have been a change between the 0527 and 0604 T3CH SVN builds that's preventing some, but not all, WMV files from playing. I'm seeing the same problem with all T3CH releases from 0604 to 0730.
Here's a portion of the log, with a new error suddenly showing up when playing selected WMV files (see bold):

When I attempt to play a "bad" WMV file (one that shows this problem), the only result is that the sound is muted (no "key clicks") and I can resume navigating around in XBMC. Playing a "good" file (WMV or not) restores the sound. XBMC doesn't hang when I try to play the "bad" file, so it seems to recover gracefully from the error.
Using the latest OS X MPlayer binary from here (http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html) (v1.0rc1), all WMV files (including the "bad" ones) play just fine.
I replaced the mplayer.dll file in the 0730 SVN build with the one from 0527, and I can now successfully play all WMV files.
Is this a real problem with the WMV file, or something wrong with the mplayer port? I'd be happy to provide examples of "good" and "bad" WMV files, but I don't have anywhere to publically put multi-megabyte files and the upload link in the troubleshooting FAQ appears to be dead.
I noticed this thread (http://xbmc.org/forum/showthread.php?t=27435), and it may be related to what I'm seeing. I'm not sure where to get a built 0803 mplayer.dll, though. The latest full binary release that I can find is from 0730.
Many thanks, and sorry for missing it in the bug list.
I found it, tested it, and it works great.
Rob
