I wanna get a tattoo on my hip..how bad will it hurt compared to other places on your body?
They all hurt a little but you can handle it easily.
it will hurt but not that bad just take some aspirin before you get it and it will be fine
It will probably hurt a little more if it's right on the bone. I have a tattoo going around my back, coming to both my front hips... as I remember, that's the part that hurt the most. It really depends on your body though.
Hey there I found one of the best answer to your query at below link . Hope you find what you are looking for at below link. All you need to do is search.
My first tat was behind my hip i.e. not particularly near the bone and it hurt like hell.
I got a fairy tattooed on the small of my back...Not exactly where you're getting it, but it was on a bony area. A tattoo will hurt less in area's with more cushion. I don't know about you, but my hip's pretty cushy. lol. Anyways, my tat took approximately 2.5 hours. At first I was biting my lip and clenching my friends hand...But it was bearable. I didn't cry. Then about 30 min in I didn't feel anything anymore. Almost like the whole area went numb. Afterwards, I looked at my tattoo and thought it was so amazing I wanted another right away. It's easy to get hooked. lol. You'll be fine. So many people go through it again and again. The artist told me he had tough looking bikers come in, and they actually cried. That made me feel much better. Women have a stronger pain tolerance. I mean...take labour for instance. The biggest thing you need to worry about is doing your research whether or not this place has made a good name for itself...And most importantly that it's sterile! Also, make sure you choose a tattoo that has meaning to you. You don't want to regret this down the road. Good luck! :)
i never got a tattoo but in the hips i think it will hurt where i live they make tattoo but it doesn't hurt that's what people told me
Depends if you get it straight on the bone or not. I've found the most painful place is the end of the bone. Anywhere the skin is less fatty is typically more painful than others. It's bearable, and I'm guessing it's small which makes it easier since you don't have to go through hours of pain. Good luck! i got a tattoo on my hip...near the V line...it really doesnt hurt much....just if its your first tattoo....you will just get shocked thats it...your body will go though some wierd thing from the shck of the pain...but it doesnt hurt much...after abt 4-5 mins your body gets used to the pain and you will 4get abt it...jst play on some of ur favorite music and relax...he will do the most painfull part first, the outline, he uses one needle for that...but the filling is abt 4 needles depending on the size, mine was 7, and that doesnt hurt at all....dont stress :)
after u do the tattoo...it will leak, dont wry abt it at all its normal...jst apply olive oil after it so it can peal nicely
i got one on my hip, and it did hurt, but not so bad i couldnt stand it. it is about 2 1/2 inches long starting on the edge of my left hip, it hurt on the very side on my bone, then going towards the center i could hardly feel it, and then the part furthest to the right it hurt again. it depends on how much pain you normally feel, if you can tolerate a lot then dont worry at all, and if you are a baby about it, you can probably still handle it. i give it 3/10
