PS
You can also use transparent flash movie, placed into one div
I know how to make Flash movies. I did all the technical work on www.ds-creative.com (http://www.ds-creative.com/).
Here's what I'm trying to do: for instance, on my.yahoo.com (http://my.yahoo.com/) there are banner ads. Some of them, when you roll over them, no longer stay inside the bounds of the original banner size, but extend out over part of the web page while you interact with it. When you are done, or click "close" in some instances, the banner reverts back to its original size. What is that type of movie called (if it has a name), and can anyone direct me to information on how that is done?
Thank you.

dsJonCole this is made with javascript
Create two flash movies (state 1 and state 2 - when it become bigger )
and place it into two different div-s (set id's for them) in html-code
And then you can show or hide theese div's via js & css right from the flash movie
That's very basic tweening. I suggest you start with some beginner tutorials to learn the IDE then move up from there. Crawl before you walk, and all that.
