Not to be mean or too overly perverted, I think Elisha seems a bit prudish for not wanting to be naked for this movie, but that's just me.

Yeah.
There's something to be said for casting an unknown in a racy sex comedy like this... and I'm not talking from a pervert angle really, but from a story angle... it does seem odd for every porn star in the movie to be getting naked except the porn star who we see most often.
And you wouldn't have it any other way, would you? ;)

Well Rafe, interesting review. Surprisingly high marks for the disc! I never would have expected it to be so well done.
Usually when they go and make an "unrated" disc like this it's actually lame and they're just trying to steal people's money.

I really dig Girl Next Door, even more than Rafe apparently since I gave it a 4. Really cool movie that didn't get seen enough.

Hobbit I was refering to the lead characters not an overall view of the nudity. Sure there was two porno starlets topless and the topless bar scene, but I saw the lead actor's bare ass twice.
The only thing from Cuthbert was a couple of thong shots and some nice cleavage.
the unrated version is no difference from the normal version. I expected more than just a little bit nudity. Cuthbert was hot, so it's all good.

Taln nice review of an unneeded "Unrated" movie.
I bought this movie sight unseen. I buy a lot of DVDs this way, some turn out great others tend to irritate me to no end. I tried to like this movie but I kept asking WTF throughout the whole damn thing.
First I don't like the lead character. Why should I care about this kid who is way too uptight. Don't get me started on how this kid wound up as class presidnet. Do directors forget what high school was like? This unpopular kid wins the biggest popularity contest ever, yeah right! It was till near the end of this movie did I remotely cared what happened to this punk.
Secondly I can't stand the lack of nudity. Yeah I know I'm a perv, at least I'm man enough to admit it. But come on the lead female is a porn star, yet even in her "video" she shows no nudity. My advice for these actresses if they don't want to do nudity then have the studio hire a body double. Or better yet don't do the movie. It was kind of pathetic that there was almost more male nudity than female.
I liked the producer and the lead male's friends more than anyone else in the film. But I tend to like the characters that are the geeks or nerds.
In my eyes this movie gets my rating of a 2. The DVD gets a 1.5. Partially because I had to flip the damn thing to get to the extras which are better than the movie. Another downer for the DVD is the stupid brown paper sleeve. I hate sleeves more than I hate snapper cases.
Okay I'm done now.
It should be called the "uncut" version more than the unrated, really.

I mean, I don't think she's ever been cast based on her acting experience. She's a pretty face and that's about it. She looked good for 24 and they kept her around, even when the storytellers couldn't find a decent way to use her (cougar attack anyone?).
It's not like she's this Meryl Streep/Glen Close level of actress. She's a pretty face who's day will probably never come.

Are you crazy??? Are you sure you weren't watching Eurotrip? No that's a movie with a lot of dingus, not this one.
Sure, Cuthbert wasn't actually nude, but there is a TON of nudity in this movie. FEMALE nudity.
Good lord man, you can't get much more without being a porno. It's a movie very willing to go all the way, the only caveat to that being wherever Cuthbert is concerened, but in her defense even she goes damn near close to bare ass naked.
Yeah, she'll be posing for Playboy before we know it, at least I hope.
I was pleasently surprised by this movie when I rented it last week. I wasn't sure what to expect, but really loved it. There were some hilarious parts throughout the movie that really had me rolling. :)
Nice review, Rafe. I loved the movie in theatres and I might pick this up.
I still havn't watched my bootleg copy of this.
