'No audio output devise is installed'. I can't understand why this is happening. it was working just fine up until this morning.

Did somebody used your laptop just before you? To solve this there is this recovery option,
Accessories---> System Tools----->System Restore
Try restoring it, say around 1 day before, and everything will be back to normal, and you'll get your sound back again! just like time machine!
do a system restore by clicking windows icon or start then click all programs then click Accessories then click system tools then system restore.
