I have transferred tivo files to my PC using Tivo desktop. However, I can't get xbmc to play these files. I have searched the forum and see info to hack the Tivo itself, but not how to play these files. Any help would be appreciated.
www.tvharmony.com has a product (free of charge) called autopilot something or other that you can convert .tivo files to mpg or even to avi which the xbox can then play. Works like a champ and is legal as it embeds the media key from your tivo into the file so if you share the file they can send the man to come beat you down. How are radio and TV stations reaching "info-lusters"?::
