To much space in window

Hi, I am making a website for my friends band, and it was designed in photoshop with the dimensions of 640,480. I have it here www.multi-network.com/dotcom/ I have centered the entire thing in a div, and what I am trying to figure out is, how do I make it fit inside the window... without having all that extra white space around the design. There is way to much white space, and I just need it to fit inside, without any white space sourinding it. Any suggestions? thanks.

One thing to note is when you design the whole page in Photoshop, you cannot account for different screen resolutions. The best way I can think of is to use a script window to open up in the size you want when they first visit the site.
