Hi, They are great toys! You'll need a retailer tax ID from your state or local area before you can purchase wholesale from a manufacturer. If you are already in the retail business you're fine. Otherwise, to obtain a tax ID, log onto your State's Department of Revenue or Treasury Web site and gain access to the necessary literature and application forms. If you are not in the US, contact your local tax office for details on how to go about getting a tax ID to enable you to become a retailer. Once your application is complete and the tax ID is confirmed, you will need to start the process of becoming a 5 star dealer. Contact the appropriate office listed below and ask for the retail account department. They will discuss the details of opening a dealer account with you.
