Ok, I have someone wanting to transfer me a license..........It has never been transfered and is more than 3 months old.......Expireds FEb 2006.........can you tell me the instructions on transfering the license so I can pass on the message? thanks.

Have the owner of the license contact support@vbulletin.com to intialize the transfer process :). You should also contact them yourself with the license number of that vBulletin license and see if it qualifies for transfership, and see the status of it. (if you haven't done so already)
