if you get sponsored by a skateboard company you can have any product that is made by them
for example, if I got sponsored by element I could get any element product I wanted but I couldn't wear any other brands besides element

and in a skateboard competition the prizes are many diferent things
it depends what contest you sign up for
one contest may give 10000 dollars to the winner but another contest might give you a free deck and some clothing
it really depends on how big the contest is.
