Didn't need to re mod the new drive, just needed to load Splinter cell on the original drive and the game save, then FTP into the Xbox and copy the C drive (different to the one that loads up in XBMC) then burn it as an image using xboxhdm v1.9.
All up and running with the new drive!
Re-Mod it using the same procedure you modded the original drive with.
