SOMEONE told me that once i get a growth spurt i will stop growing, what is that?
and how does it look like?
and what arre genetics?
I was 4' 11" when i ended the 7th grad and 3 months later when starting the 8th i stood 5' 7" , i eventually grew to 5' 11" .
a growth spurt doesn't look like anything. it's just a period in which you grow the most, both in height and weight. It's different than say, developing body hair, which you can physically see.

People go through several "growth spurts" throughout their childhood. You don't not stop growing after a growth spurt, your growing just slows. You may have one last growth spurt around puberty and then stop growing when you reach your adult height. Growth spurts are just certain times when you grow faster than usual over a couple of months.

lol there aren't really genetics and you can't really see it. a growth spurt is just a period in time where you grow a lot. After a couple growth spurts you are done growing. this is nothing to worry about, everybody has them.
Well, a growth spurt is where your body increases it's growth 'hormone' production.
It's where your body grows really quickly in a short time, and after which it slows down more than usual. So, you'll become taller in a short time. Ever noticed how teenagers are so tall? They've had their spurt.
It happens at a different time for everyone, so don't worry if all your friends get one and you don't.
Also, you won't stop growing, it'll just slow down more than usual. For example: Jimmy grows 2cm a year. In two weeks, he suddenly grows 3cm taller, that's his Growth Spurt. After that, Jimmy only grows 1cm a year. (This might not be actually possible. :P But you get the idea.)
