I'm normal two weeks of the month. The week before my period, I'm weepy, edgy, restless. The week of my period, I'm fine, steady--I'm me! The week after my period, I am overly anxious, nervous and wake in a panic with racing thoughts. The week after that, I'm back to myself again. This is very tiring! I'd like to be steady, every single day of the month!

Every person is different. There is no "best" medication for everyone. Only trying it yourself is going to help you decide which is best for you.
There is no "best". Some things that work for some people do nothing for others. People are different and so are the medications that work for them.
you may want to try some other natural remedies before medication. i was amazed by what yoga did for my menstrual cycle and all accompanying symptoms and for my anxiety. if you do go for medication, maybe a female doctor who specializes in women's health would be best.
