none of my bodymods have been extremely painful up til now, . 7 piercings and a full inner forearm piece.. but in the future, i'm looking forward to some skin removal, plenty more ink and flesh pulls. the most painful thing that happened was when i caught my nipple ringin a lace bra and tugged... ouchie..

i carved a name into my leg with a knife when i was younger. thank god it healed and the scars faded away.

last night i tried to fit an earring into my rim piercing in my ear and it was too big but i did it anyway and i bled like hell and hurt even more. although if you count an operation as something i did to myself, then i would have to say my ligament reconstruction in my knee was definitely the most painful thing i have ever done to myself and i will never do it again, even though they want to operate on my other knee now!!

Well, my tongue peircing hurt most of all my alterations, but since you say did to yourself, I'd have to say when I tattooed four small pawprintsw on my inner ankle. When I first started tattooing, I practiced on myself first, and I have to say that the ankle hurt the most. This was incredibly stupid and embarassing of me:
When I was like 11, I decided I wanted a tattoo, but obviously, couldn't get one. So I decided on a brand, where I would burn my skin and it would turn deep brown, 'cause I thought it would make me super cool. Being terrified of heated things, I decided to pour salt on ice and hold it to my skin over a sheet of paper with the design cut out. The paper fell apart and I ended up with a frostbite looking burn in the shape of an ice cube. I decided to try again in the same spot, thinking it would be darker than the rest. I failed. Bad. Then the burned part fell off, got infected, and I couldn't move part of my arm for a month because I had damaged the tissue.
So, my idiocy was painful, scarring, and medically expensive. I still have the scar and stupid story that goes with it.
Childbirth lol. Seriously, worst thing I ever did to myself.
the tattoo that i have that hurt the worst was on my side its about 10 in across and when they started tattooing on my ribs it hurt like hell... its the only one i cried for but i stuck it out
The only thing I have ever done to myself is shove a needle through my cartilage a couple times. Otherwise I always have gone to a professional (multiple times - multiple piercings and tattoos) - getting the nipples pierced the second time around was probably the most painful and *haha* yeah having a baby au natural is probably THE most painful thing you can *do to yourself*!!
