Please go here and enter your username to show you are a licensed user:

Hi Guys. I have been trying to held DJA with this problem as well. He is a licensed user, as am I. We have about 2000 disappointed members who haven't been able to access the bbs for two days. I hope we can get the red tape cleared so we can get some help with the problem.
One thing you can try is to search these forums for 'error 1064'. There's quite a number of threads with this error message and many have different solutions. perhaps you'll find something that will help.
Another thing to do is to fill out a support ticket at:

About the only thing I can recommend is to try reuploading a fresh copy of forumdisplay.php. Other than that, I don't know. Good luck!
Hi.
I'm the license owner of the version of vBulletin my friend Starbuck was asking about. I had a bad day yesterday. Part of that bad day was not receiving the verification email to activate my ability to post here and pose my situation.
Starbuck was kind enough to try and get the information for me. But, he doesn't have my license information. I will add him to the access list. Sorry for the conflict.
I used cp to re-enter my email address and I believe I now have been confirmed by your system.
Now our challenge:
I was changing the order and "private" settings in the control panel for an individual forum when the error occurred. It removed all the forums from view, leaving only the forum headings on the forums home page. After reversing the settings, the page didn't come back to normal. Clicking on a forum link rendered the error message shown previously by Starbuck. I'm extremely new at this and will need to be patiently guided through this. I read FAQ's and searched forum threads and went to MySQL, but alas I don't know enough to understand most of what is written. Please help.
You're still showing up as 'unlicensed'. Go to the link on the last line of my sig and add your and Starbuck's usernames to the list. Thanks! :)
As well, I am having difficulty adding Wingrider to my Priority forums Support list. When I submit Wingrider, I get the following message: "No changes made!".
I'm not having very good luck lately.
Please, please help.
YEs it would, IT would be alot easier if your email response system would just send out the authorization email to my friend trying to get his site up! That would be a BIGGGGGG help.
So now it is not ok to see if someone wants a job? The deal is neither of us want to run or program a forum site, so it would be nice to just find someone to maintain it.
He has a licence, too bad he can't get an answer from Jelsoft.
Thanks, Steve.
I've submitted a ticket.
I appreciate your effort.
